About Us

Erin Dwyer-Busch has always had a career in the helping professions. Her BA in Psychology is from the U. of Notre Dame and her Masters of Science is in Communication Disorders. She spent 17 years working with children and adults with special needs as a speech-language pathologist in the St. Louis area. Erin has worked in hospitals, clinics, and both public and private school settings. She has experience with treating clients who have had strokes, traumatic brain injuries, swallowing disorders, aphasia, apraxia, oral-motor difficulties, vocal disorders, & hearing impairments.

Erin decided to start her Senior Care Authority business because she saw the growing number of Baby Boomers and their families seeking guidance in choosing assisted living or memory care facilities, seeking safety staying in the home, & easing transitions into facilities.

Erin, a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Beyond Driving With Dignity professional, is eager & pleased to assist families with any and all services related to ElderCare consulting, senior advocacy and education, Medicare, senior driving, and determining the best senior living & care options for your loved ones in the greater St. Louis area.

Sue Klipsch-Kelley has over 30 years professional experience helping seniors and their families. Sue has on site experience in Independent, Assisted Living, Memory Care as well as Skilled Nursing Communities. Sue has the knowledge of a variety of seniors’ concerns and is able to assist the entire family through these journeys. Sue’s background in Physical Therapy compliments her role as Senior Advisor with Senior Care Authority.
