Opting Out of Marketing Communications
We may send you promotional email messages and a newsletter if you request to receive information from us via email. You may stop receiving promotional email messages by following the a link contained in the email itself, which is an integral part of every email communication that we send to you.
Sharing Your Information
We may hire vendor companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including packaging and delivery, sending postal and electronic mail, such as our newsletter, providing technical support, and to assist us in providing the products and services that you request from us. We only provide those service providers with the information necessary to perform the requested service.
We may share your information with our affiliates, including SCANetwork. We also may share the information that you have provided to us about both you and your family members to a SCANetwork member if we believe, in our sole discretion, that the SCAnetwork member may be able to assist you.
At your request, we may share information about your family member to a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly if you would like for us to move forward in finding assisted living or member care for your loved one.
We do not sell, lease, or rent your information to other companies or individuals. Senior Care Authority, however, may license, sell, or otherwise transfer its technology or business, or a portion thereof, to third parties, and, in connection with such transfers, it may disclose customer and prospect data.
We also may disclose your personal information to protect our rights and property, to prevent against fraud and abuse, and to protect other users of our services. We also may disclose your information as permitted or required by law.

This website and our products and services are not intended for use by children. Senior Care Authority does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and we do not want to receive personal information from children under the age of 13.
